FLAGS FOR THE FOURTH OF JULY.
The proud history of the former Myrtle Beach Air Force Base will be celebrated this year during the Fourth of July weekend with 3,000 American Flags adorning the streets and gardens at The Market Common and Withers Preserve. These 24-inch American flags will be placed throughout the property and along Farrow Parkway to commemorate and honor the men and women as well as the families of the United States Air Force who served their country in this community over the past 48 years. Customer are invited to take home a flag..

ALL AMERICAN CONCERTS - Valor Memorial Garden

The Market Common invites you to Celebrate America with free outdoor concerts in Valor Memorial Garden. Grab the family, meet up with friends and enjoy the sounds of American music.

Casting for Recovery Contest and Luncheon!
Help raise money for Casting for Recovery (www.castingforrecovery.org) a non-profit organization that helps send women recovering from cancer to the CFR retreat. The day starts off with a Casting Contest sponsored by Orvis Company followed by a luncheon at Tommy Bahama with Author Mary Alice Monroe. Luncheon requires a $50 donation. Mary Alice Monroe will then sign books at Barnes & Noble at 2:00 pm.
